To find the perfect size, follow these steps: 1. Place a piece of paper on the ground against a wall. Step onto the paper with your heel against the wall and draw a line where your longest toe ends. Measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. Repeat with your other foot to determine the length of your feet. 2. Add an additional 0.8 - 1.5 cm (0.3 - 0.59 inches) to the total length of your foot to give your toes enough wiggle room. Compare these measurements with the insole length and choose the ideal size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger size. 3. Insoles are great to assist with creating the perfect fit. If the shoes feel a little tight, removing the insole can help create more space for the feet. Removing the insole from the shoe that feels too small when you're trying it on can make a difference if you're in between sizes.
